The deposit
A deposit of 50% of the final price, after any discount, is required when booking. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is verified. Pay the balance at the studio.
Cancellation
At least 24 hours before: your deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method.
Less than 24 hours before or for a no-show: the deposit you paid is retained.
For an appointment booked less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit is retained if you cancel or do not attend.
Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, contact the studio by email. The studio handles your request according to the 24-hour notice policy.
Cancellation by the studio
If the studio cancels, your deposit is refunded in full regardless of notice. Bank processing time depends on the payment method.
Adding a treatment
You can add a compatible treatment using your confirmation link. The extra cost is shown before you confirm and is payable at the studio; the deposit you already paid stays unchanged.
First-visit offer
15% off individual treatments and 20% off selected combos, on your first visit only. Discounts cannot be combined. The final price is shown before payment.
