Lash extension removal: when to plan it
Taking a break, changing styles or moving to a lash lift: how to organise removal of your existing extensions.

Removal takes off existing extensions. At LORÉA it is booked separately from a new set and should not be assumed to be included in an infill.
Distinguish three situations
You may want to stop wearing extensions, start again with a different design or have a set applied elsewhere assessed. Explain your plan before choosing an appointment, because removal has a different purpose in each case.
If a suitable existing set has simply lost fullness, an infill may be the right option. The condition of the remaining set matters more than the number of days alone.
Avoid improvised removal
Do not pull at the fibres or try an online method to loosen them. Professional removal uses an approach appropriate to the treatment. Mention discomfort before the appointment.
Pain or an eye-health problem is not treated by a beauty booking: seek appropriate medical advice.
What happens afterwards
A new set or lash lift is not automatically scheduled immediately afterwards. The studio checks your natural lashes and the suitability of your next treatment. Mention plans for several services in advance.
Select Extension removal for removal alone. If you want to change styles, ask how to organise the stages before booking two consecutive appointments.
