Choose the treatment before the time

Each treatment page opens its calendar with that service already selected. Where several styles or options exist, compare their names and photos. The displayed price follows your selection.

Check what is included: tint, shaping or a lash and brow combo. Tint is not included in every option. If you already wear extensions, mention them before booking another set or a lift.

Allow 75 minutes

LORÉA reserves 75 minutes per appointment, including combos. Appointments take place on Thursdays between 9 am and 8 pm. The calendar shows available times.

Av. Juste-Olivier 7, 1006 Lausanne. The studio welcomes you every Thursday from 9 am to 8 pm, starting on 5 November 2026. Online booking is open.

Before you arrive

• Arrive without eye makeup for a lash treatment.
• Save a reference photo if it helps explain your preferred result.
• Mention previous reactions, irritation or recent treatment of the area.
• Check the service, date and address in your confirmation.

Understand the price and deposit

The welcome offer is 15% off an individual treatment and 20% off selected combos, once only and without stacking discounts. The final price is checked before payment.

The deposit is half of that final price. Pay the rest at the studio. Your name, email and phone are used to manage the appointment; no client account is required. The card form is secured by Stripe and embedded in LORÉA.

If your plans change

To cancel or reschedule, contact the studio by email. The studio handles your request according to the 24-hour notice policy.

Cancel at least 24 hours before for a full deposit refund to the original payment method. With less notice or a no-show, the deposit is retained. If the studio cancels, it is fully refunded regardless of notice.
